Lexington, Ky.– (AUGUST 12, 2026 ) Hillpointe, a leading vertically integrated real estate development and investment management firm specializing in attainable multifamily housing, today announced its expansion into Kentucky with the start of construction on Pointe Grand Citation at Lexington and Pointe Grand Rose at Nicholasville. Representing the firm’s first developments in the Commonwealth, the projects will bring a combined 868 attainable residences to the Lexington community.

The projects come as communities across the Lexington region continue to experience strong residential and economic growth, driving demand for high-quality attainable housing. As part of larger master-planned communities, Pointe Grand Citation and Pointe Grand Rose will help expand housing opportunities while introducing new retail, services and neighborhood amenities to the area.
Upon completion, Hillpointe’s first two Kentucky communities will deliver a combined 868 homes. Pointe Grand Citation at Lexington will bring 276 apartment homes to 2450 Georgetown Road, as part of a larger master-planned development that will also include senior living, retail, hospitality and childcare. Pointe Grand Rose at Nicholasville, located at 3255 Lexington Road, will deliver 592 homes, including 480 apartment homes and 112 townhomes. The community is part of a broader mixed-use development featuring planned retail anchored by Kroger and Menards, creating a walkable destination for future residents.
Both communities will feature spacious two-bedroom residences with open-concept floor plans, modern finishes and smart home technology. In addition to its apartment homes, Pointe Grand Rose at Nicholasville will offer 112 townhomes, expanding housing options for future residents. Residents at both communities will enjoy a robust suite of amenities, including a fitness and wellness center with a sauna, Peloton bike and stair machine, a resort-style pool with cabanas, clubhouse with a coffee bar, conference room and business center, dog park, pet spa and outdoor fire pit.
